Blood
Smok's blood is almost pure water.
It is made of three things: Water and the nutrients their lung will put on it. Those nutrients give their blood a certain colour - the same colour of their fog, kinda obvious since their fog is released steam from their insides.
Those nutrients are only liquid when boiling, hence why a smok's body temperature is always high. The nutrients are also what makes the vein chain able to keep them boiling inside.
Smoks need to drink loads of water daily to keep a clean blood.
The steam a smok releases is result of their stomach boiling water - their lungs throw waste into it.
If a smok cool down too much, it will calcificate due to the nature of their blood.
If a smok is cut, the water part of their blood will evaporate and the nutrients will form a "scab" on its wound by the same calcification process.

Digestive system
they do not really have stomach, interestines or lungs, but those words describe it better.
they do not really have a heart either.
Stomach, its stretching habilities, almost as resistent as skeleton
Low ph water, very few enzymes
Intestines act like big sponge
filter all that is liquid and throw filtered water on lungs, what remains here is defecated. bird poop!
lungs purify that water and send it to vein chain
things that could not be filtered are sent to stomach again to low the stomach PH and help with digestion

Respiratory system / "Vein chain"
their lungs are as much part of their respiration as they are of digestion.
it would make more sense to call their stomach a dissolving place, thier intestines a filtering sponge and their lungs a sponge-hose hybrid.
they get oxigen via their noses whose nostrils are on the sides to avoid breathing their own steam.
they have a faringe-like structure connecting nose to lungs, however their mouth is not connected. (steam is waste, steam is released via mouth, must not make contact)
their lungs attach oxygen to the filtered soup it recieves from the intestines, sending it to the vein chain.
the vein chain will irrigate all organs and fill the baloon-like bones with fresh water.
they will also absorb the "old water" from places, sending it to the lung again.
the vein chain is also their heart - all tubes are constantly pulsating, with a little impulse help from the lungs that will contract every breath.

Neurological system
Smok's brain is located on their skull... but also on their whole "spinal cord". the whole thing is its brain.
Smoks brain occupy a lot of space because they are not folded. They are almost one with the vein chain, infiltrating inside it as another kind of vein. It hardens on the sides and connects with the skeleton.
The whole thing is a brain.
That is why shaking a smok makes it so confused for a minute. You made brain go everywhere and it needs some time to rebrain its brain soup.
Smoks have an ego, a sense of self. Shaking a smok for long makes them lose it, it also can risk their pudding-like organs mixing. But more importantly, the same thing as shaking a soda bottle will happen.
I wrote this under neurological system because of reasons.

Skeleton
Smoks have a baloon-like skeleton that is actually an exoskeleton on the point that it covers all of its organ sack.
Their skeleton is as flexible as an calciumless normal skeleton and they stiff when filled with blood. Their limbs and every moveable part have an water filled inside with muscle-like sphingters on it to allow moving.
So a smoker move by giving its limbs boners.
The whole thing is a dick.
The skeleton is much, much more resistent than it may look. It is so resistent that smoks do not die. And if you read all this thing you can see that their insides have everything to be squished in one second.
